PEPA VSI PRODUCT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Construction Products Group of IAPMO partners with the Polymeric Exterior Product Association (PEPA) to provide independent third-party certification through PEPA’s VSI Product Certification Program.
PEPA promotes polymeric exterior building and home improvement products used in residential construction, formerly the Vinyl Siding Institute (VSI), PEPA now represents a broader range of architectural products that offer the aesthetics, performance, and sustainability associated with vinyl siding.
Through its partnership with PEPA, and designation as an independent ISO/IEC 17065 accredited certification body, IAPMO UES serves as an accredited certification body for the VSI Product Certification Program. As a PEPA member, IAPMO UES supports the association’s work to advance industry standards, sustainability, and workforce development.

PEPA REPORT DIRECTORY
PEPA Members and Manufacturers demonstrate code compliance and third-party verified performance through Product Evaluation Reports (PERs) and Product Certification Listings (PCLs) that are certified by IAPMO UES. These reports can be found on the IAPMO UES PEPA directory.
Certification through the VSI Product Certification Program provides building officials, specifiers, inspectors, and other stakeholders confidence that certified products comply with the codes and/or standards identified in their Product Evaluation Report or Product Certification Listing.
Manufacturers and our current report holders have become accustomed to our efficiency, responsiveness, and technical guidance in our testing, evaluation, and auditing services with IAPMO Construction Products Group. We are pleased to extend the same level of service to PEPA members.
IAPMO IBT is accredited to conduct initial product testing as well as ongoing compliance testing required by the PEPA program.

The PEPA Certification requires performance as detailed for each of the siding products depicted.
